I was reading about a possible re-release of Dracula the Undead in its original 4 meg glory. If anyone knows anything more about this feel free to let me know.

Have you done a search for it here?It was discussed 2 or 3 times in the past for sure on the Lynx area here in 2010/1.Good luck.
