Why is it that all intellivision stuff seems to be slower in action and slower in response time when compared against they 2600? Does it have to do with the Exec rom or a slow processor? Or was it just that way, because, it is.. Or what??
A brief discussion would be nice.

As mentioned in that post, it really depends on the coding. Some of the later Inty games are pretty sophisticated with plenty of fast moving objects onscreen.
