I already emailed Jim Brain but he did not really have an answer. I need to find an IC socket for Jiffy DOS and searching for "low profile IC socket," "24 pin IC socket" or any combination thereof does not yield useful results on either Mouser or Digikey.

Does anyone have a part number or know the size of the socket?

In the DK product catalog go to Connectors, Interconnects > Sockets for ICs, Transistors; apply the following filters:
Type: DIP 0.6''
Pitch: 0.100''
Grid: 24 (2x12)
Mounting type: through hole
