I loved it. I hope it makes a great movie. It has the potential to be a big hit or if done wrong could be a horrible cheesy mess.

I read my copy via the Library. I'm notoriously cheap and only spend money buying textbooks, history books, etc. I almost never buy novels.

Read it and got a kick out of it in December. Very readable, burned through it in about 3 days of casual reading.
It'd be neat to see a film version done right, but it looks to be the worst licensing nightmare since Who Framed Roger Rabbit?

I didn't want it to end but I couldn't stop reading it either.
That's exactly what went on here...

You have done some really nice stuff there, Couldn't stop watching page by page and am definitely going to make some friends enjoy it, too...
Thank you! I'd really like to see another series of your reality pixelation stuff- so if you're ever in doubt of what to put up next... ;)

Thank you so much for your kind words! It's always encouraging to know that people support and like what I do :)

I have tons of designs that I haven't got the time to upload, but I promise I will in the next couple of days.

I'll let you know when I'll upload more Reality Pixelation!

Thanks Again and Have a Great Day!

A

I just lent this book to one of my friends who is not even a video game player, but grew up in the 80's. He loved the book and said it was one of the top five books that he has ever read!

I have been creating some designs based on the book since I got it, you can see them here www.andrewoid.us under the Ready Player One Section on the left. I will add more in the next few days.

Very cool! There's also some great fan art on the author's blog. I thought this picture was pretty cool:
