Is there a way to change the size of the characters for the menu? It is difficult to read the names. If it could be adjusted to show only 5 titles at a time they could easily read it.

The size is hard coded. So the cart can only display one size.
We decided to display as many lines as possible, since this makes navigation much easier. Also we need those lines to be able display the full name.
Maybe converting all filenames into upper case can help you a bit?
