This isnt that much unlike Donkey Kong is it?

This is one of my favorite games on Colecovision.

Is it possible in Intellivision at all? Technicly speaking?

Looks like the walls level would nearly max out the 8 available moving sprites. However, I'm not familiar with the game to see if any other levels would pose a problem. Providing there are 8 or fewer moving objects per screen it should be possible to do an Inty version.

I'd prefer to see this game. Not sure if possible either. :-D

Do you mean in the NES style or the "original" static screen version. Loderunner would probably need the level layout adjusting to fit into the 160 horizontal pixels available. The source ode is available (reverse engineered) for the C64 if anybody needs a starting point.

My vote would be Lode Runner with all new designed levels exclusive to the Intellivision. ;-)

There is quite a bit of work designing good levels for a game like Loderunner.

This sounds good. I like arcade style games over other styles!

amen brother rev! i love arcade remakes over anything else. and making an arcady style game is how i like em. arcade games have the appeal of being able to play as long or as short as you want and still get enjoyment out of them. thats why games like pac-man and donkey kong can appeal to mass amounts of people.

This would be a fun port indeed!

On a totally different note (sorry, arcade fans!), it occurred to me the other day that the Adventures of Lolo series could probably be ported to the Intellivision without too much difficulty, since most of the enemies don't move and could be rendered as background tiles. Of course some boards do have too many moving enemies, but most don't IIRC.

You could always go your own way. It might be more fun then.

It could be possible if a lot of work was put into it...

God I would love to see Jumpman Jr, Miner 2049er and Montezumas Revenge for Inty.

Lode Runner and Gateway to Apshai would be brilliant too :)

Montezuma revenge, that could be interesting... I dont expect considering the INTV design a valid Lode Runner to appear anytime remotely soon.
