Qk. Question about PAL and J/U NTSC games (on classic formats upto the DC)

The question being what percentage/ratio of PAL games on the classic formats (i.e sega/nintendo, sony and others) were also released on J/U NTSC formats and visa versa

And of the 2 formats, which format (i.e PAL or NTSC) had every game released on that system...or was/is that an impossibility (due to exclusivity contracts on say a pal version or NTSC version of a game)

Don't think that there is one system that has all games released on the format pal/ntsc. Not all games would sell, because of cultural differences and interests in games. RPG where huge in the early days in Japan, but not yet in Europe, so those games would hardly sell in Europe.
The master system was huge in Europe and well supported by European developers. But it couldn't outsell the NES in the USA, so fewer titles where released there.
And the Vectrex isn't part of this regional release because of it's difference in hardware, no pal/ntsc.
