Hi guys, quick question on the heavy sixer...

Is the only sure way of identifying it the side moldings?

I found one on our local "ebay" where the seller took a picture of the sticker for me, and it says:

MFG. BY ATARI, INC, SUNNYVALE, CA. MODEL NO. CX-2600"

The serial number is 008490U

And yet the picture shows the side as being thinner than the pic of the heavy sixer here on atariage...

Is it the "common" one?

Thanks!

Yep. Definitely light. And if it doesn't have the joystick controllers, you'll need to get some to play most of the games.

Thanks guys! Hard to get stuff here plus some sellers think they have gold in their stuff just because it's "old"...

I got another one for you... WTF is this..:

Guy says "atari console" but I don't recognize it unless it's just a clone?

Weird...doesn't look like anything in the rarity guide....could be either a pirate clone or not an Atari 2600-related ANYTHING at all...

I don't recognize it either. There were plenty of 2600 clones out there, so it's a possibility.
