A few months ago I watched footage of a unreleased PS1 game called Malice, and started randomly thinking about the game this morning. I read that the game ended up getting released on PS2 and XBOX. I was wondering if someone who has the game could answer this. Does the PS2 and XBOX versions of the game have Gwen Stefani's voice on it? I haven't read anything saying those versions do, and the youtube videos of footage had to much talking for me to hear.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it does indeed feature Gwen Stefani's voice, but either way, its inconsequential. The vocie acting in Malice is forgettable at best. Most poeple would even go as far as to call the entire game forgettable or even awful, but I'm a fan of Malice. You've got a cute slightly deformed cartoon babe with a giant mallet in a decent 3D platformer. What's not to like? The game bombed commerically, and can be picked up for either the PS2 or Xbox for only a few bucks. I recommend the Xbox build - it looks a little sharper, always maintains its framerate, and I think its more suited for the Controller S than the duelshock 2.

I bought Malice, played it a day and haven't touched it since. The gameplay just doesn't draw me in.

I remember Play magazine gloating about this one for a while. All I saw were terrible reviews when it hit though. I've yet to try it myself.

It's a pretty worthless game. Just a wholly-generic 3d platformer. You could play it... or you could grab any other random platformer off a shelf & have a better time.
