TheMightyAxle
Hi ! Although I am new around here, I thought everyone might like to have a look at my small, but modest Atari 800 XL collection. It started off as a trade for an unwanted handheld console, after seeing the machine in action and remembering playing one, way back in the 1980's at a friends house. Hardware :: The Badge The Atari 800 XL The beautiful polished metal buttons ... Atari XC12 Tape Deck Competition Pro 5000 Joystick Software :: Mastertronic Games Cartridges : River Raid and Pac-Man You may also like to know that I collect Mastertronic Tapes, currently for the Commodore 64. I am considering the Atari as well, although I will have to find out how many were released. There are around 239 for the Commodore 64 and I have 216. The closer to finishing the collection, the harder it gets, as a few are more difficult to come by. I have a blog which you can follow at : [ http://allthingsmastertronic.blogspot.com/ ] I will post Photos of my Commodore Hardware soon as well, Commodore 128, 1541-II etc. If you would like me to reduce the size of the Photos, I can, but it is also nice to see the kit its glory ! Cheers !

high voltage
After Mastertronic go on to complete Players, that was a good little software house. I lived nearby and actually once stood in front of their door on some industrial estate near Tadley. Should have taken a pic....
TheMightyAxle
I have finally hooked up my Atari 1050 : Just need to get some software to run on it now, I have plenty of 5.25" Disks for it though, which is always a bonus. Another one for the Mastertronic Collection : Good ol' Action Biker ! Edited February 26, 2012 by TheMightyAxle
