Two easy options spring to mind. You could purchase IntSDX from Lotharek (he of the "Lair"), which includes four switchable operating systems on EPROM, one of which is Q-Meg. Or you could buy an Ultimate 1MB board from Candle, which has IntSDX and (optional) Q-Meg OS.

Heh... I'm not sure if he wrote any installation docs yet. I have the older version, but I'm not sure it's the same. I no longer appear to have the installation instructions for the older boards.

You can download documentation from Lotharek's site.

Just for your inspiration. It should look like this after you install it :) :

I see a 1MB SIMM upgrade, VBXE, internal SDX, and stereo pokey.

This one is not mine. It is a photo from SillyVenture 2010 when Lotharek was upgrading one XE after another. But I have similar at the moment, just without the VBXE. And I have to say Lotharek's upgrades are really great, easy to install and good looking too.

On pin 7 of MMU is signal RD4.

Schematics of internal SDX is here http://trub.atari8.i...intsdx_128kb_en
Atari schematics are on Jerzy's web.
