How awful to do a Draw Poker in text mode (without even changing the default colors or using a modified font) on the graphically great Atari 8-bit. Presumably the actually play mechanics would have been solid. It's always seemed ironic to me that Avalon Hill would often market poor and primitive games in those wonderful boxes.

Many of Avalon Hill's games were weak graphically (or completely text)... but it is funny that they used the default colours.

I think they wrote them completely in BASIC with easy portability to other platforms in mind.

Even more insulting: this game is in the Arcade Pak series! Guess you had to be Avalon Hill to get away with it!
