You could do a parody... kid cudi spoofed the artwork for super Breakout

With a title like that, I expect to see it at my local Wal-Mart soon :D

Seriously if it's being released on a tiny indie label (just checked your facebook page) I doubt Atari or whoever owns the Defender box image will take legal action.

I agree, crappy title. And the bargain bin at wal-mart too.
I also dislike the defacing done to the art. Even if it is only added text. It is still wrong.
