E-4 has been selected by Zoyx and it's the game,
Rampage II here we go!

NO, I'm fibbing... hehe. He selected one of the wildcards!
and decided on Fallout_002's game

(Pole Position)

Inching up 58,100, I still feel pretty dumb for not getting this

Here are some hints:

- The only real threat are the army guys inside the buildings. They shoot fast and fierce. You can make them go away by knocking down any building. Doing so, for some reason, makes them go away.

Better yet, eat them for health!
Also, check my prior hint on where the yummies can be found inside buildings. I've frequently had a string of yummies pop up one-after-the-other in the SAME SPOT I WAS ALREADY AT, so all I had to do was keep hitting the button to eat them all.. I think my longest eating streak was 12-15 in a row.

Here's my hint involving Soliders in the buildings:

(This only works if they're in the highest building)

Since you can't really pass their Fire, watch the Helicopters in the distance, When they leave the screen, their appear over you and start shooting, since the CPU limits the game so that only one enemy can fire at one time. This cancels out the Solider's fire, Quickly climb up the Building, Eat the Solider, Climb to the top of the Building, And Smash the Helicopter for bonus points! :)

Yeah, that happened to me too...I was on my last life (but close to a 100K threshold) and I was pretty low on health. When the food kept popping out, I was able to fully restore my health. :)

Chose Pole Position because it doesn't make for a good final game, so might as well get it out of the way. Also makes for a good contrast to Rampage. A game of Pole Position is over in a few minutes, while Rampage is 4-5 hours for a 500k game.

The high scores for the good players are fairly tightly grouped. The last time this was played.

Atari 2600 Knockout Round 6: has claimed its victim... bigbee99. (Score of 0) No show.

However, he can still show up (everyone here too!) and post scores and be ranked for the upcoming games ...
