Hi there.
I am thinking to import a NTSC Colecovision, but since we use 220v i think the powersupply with the system, wont work, I could buy a step-down converter - but is it hard to modify the power supply to work on 220v or better to buy a new powersupply and make it from scratch ? another problem might be the tv-output from the Colecovision, since my tv are PAL. But newer tv's should support both NTSC and PAL and also work in 50 and 60 hz mode.

You should be able to use a local CV power supply.
From what I've read, it looks like you'll probably have success using an NTSC CV on an PAL TV. Search the forums here for some examples.

It's all about the OUTPUT to the console that matters, I assume that would be the same so yeah a local PSU should do the trick.

I have actually sold modded ColecoVisions to 2 guys in Sweden in resent months, and the Pal ColecoVision Power supply sold back in the 80's in Europe will power the NTSC USA released ColecoVisions. Just make sure the NTSC ColecoVision will display on your TV.

Happy Gaming
