It's pretty safe... just takes a long time to get to you.

Safety, is not the issue of this thread.Just be wary, some of his items are misrepresented as his personal collection and are getting a high price. The thread is just to warn buyers he has multiple copies if not tons of these

He's got one for a $250 BIN: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 110847876063

And another for auction opening at $99.99: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 140736233694

Both auctions advertise "Only one on eBay! - FREE EMS Shipping!" but the second actually has a shipping charge on it. Also, both use the same picture.

Happy bidding!

I have a purchase going with the guy. The one thing that bothers me is the time frame. They say it will take several months for the stuff to arrive (that would be outside the eBay claims window). Be that as it may, I'll wait for the 44th day and before my ability to make a claim expires I'll file one if the items are not here. IIRC then there are 30 days to cancel the claim or take it to the next level by asking an eBay rep to review it. So basically he has about 73ish days to deliver. That has to be enough time. I hope the items are for real.

Private Bidder List, with someone who is less than honest about what he is selling, In Venezuala and obviously not happy with the price going down on these.
Yeah, No thanks, is right

I'll add that he has a ton of stuff I want, and the first five game small deal will determine if I buy more. I'm getting TG16 Fantasy Zone, Blazing Lazers, Deep Blue, Galaga 90, and Dragon Spirit, all NIB/CIB for $86 shipped total. If they pan out there are plenty of others on many platforms I'd take in subsequent deals. I'd love a few of his 2600 titles.

Yep gotta agree 100% He's full of you know what, we all know that there is a couple warehouses full of stuff and that less then 30% of it has been gone through last I heard. He's obviously one of the pickers and lying through his teeth.

Personally I'm not willing to pay more than $10 for a game from Venezuela. I rather miss a few one than overpaying for all others. Not long ago he asked $60 for a sealed Lords of Karma. In 3 months the price will go down to $10 too.
