Mike Ford
Would it be possible to use the Atarimax 128 cart in a Colecovision Atari Expansion Carts.
NIAD
To me, it sounds like you are asking if you can put Atari 2600 game roms on the AtariMax multicart and then plug it into the Expansion Module #1 Atari 2600/VCS Adaptor cartridge slot AND the answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT. The ColecoVision AtariMax multicarts are for ColecoVision rom files only and should only be plugged into the ColecoVision cartridge slot. If you are looking for a multicart for all your Atari 2600/VCS rom files to be played thru the Exp. Mod. #1 Adaptor, then you should look up the Harmony Cart here on AtariAge... it is supposed to be the best one available.
Pixelboy
Uh, not sure what you're asking, but in any case, no, that's not possible.
SlowCoder
On top of the logical/language incompatibility between the ColecoVision and the 2600, there's the hardware aspect. A CV cart (which is what the AtariMax 128 card is) will not physically fit into an Atari 2600 cart slot. But I do understand the confusion due to the "Atari" name on the CV cart. Ikrananka
If you want to use a multicart with the Atari 2600 expansion module then you'll need an Atari 2600 multicart such as the Harmony Cart (http://www.randomter...-cartridge.html). Although I own a Harmony cart I have not yet tested it with the CV expansion module and so cannot confirm that it does in fact work (although I see no reason why it would not).
