I have what seems to be a non-functioning 5200 switch box. It doesn't "click" when the power line is attached, and the 5200 does not power on with the red LED. Is there a way to tell visually if the box is kaput? Below is a photo of the PCB.

You will have to take out your multimeter for a ride...
But power mods for 4 port 5200's are so easy and convenient to do that i don't see the point in fixing that.
