I tried out the romimage of RAIDEN that is available on the net on Handy, because i am thinking of buying it from Telegames as a cart.

On Handy, the rom says at the title: "CES Version Realease 3".

In the first level, there are tank shelters that lift up, but don't have tanks in them. In the Arcade, tanks drove out of these shelters.

It doesn't seem to be the final sales version of the game.

How about the Telegames release? Is it the same, or was it "finished" by Telegames?
