I contacted Video 61 for more information on their exciting find of "Centipede" on some old Atari hard drives from the Lombard, IL location. Here's their response:

I've also noticed in posts on csa8 that Lance's writing technique needs a little work. I guess his shift key and return key are broken! ;)

Of course, he is probably too busy serving us Atari freaks to press those keys.

don't be too hard on lance,he has bad hands since his accident and cannot
type or use his lynx the same now.content is what counts.spelling is a go-
od thing too.not always terribly important though.lynx up all.

i believe,it was a car accident,as lance told me last year.it happenened a
few years ago.don't bring it up to him we don't want to make him too self-
scious about things.he's a pretty great guy really.he and i get along pretty
well.i call him up or email him and give him a hard time.he is not much
older than i am(i'm 39)and he is 47.we're to old atarians.live long and lynx
