Has anyone checked out this new game for the PC? It's a "budget" title ($19.99 retail) that plays out as kind of a cross between a tribute to campy 50's sci-fi movies and the arcade game Rampage. There's a demo out there online you can download to check it out.

I thought my fellow Atari fans might appreciate the fact that the game has unlimited levels that just keep getting harder and harder; plus the game keeps your high scores. It's probably the most fun I've had lately other than rediscovering Keystone Kapers on the 2600, so I think that some of you out there might really dig this game.

If you have checked it out, what do you think?

Thanks for posting this thread! After reading your topic, I went to the website (which is really retro cool) and was instantly hooked!

I think the old 50's horror genre is fascinating, and one of my favorite games of this theme was "Zombie Ate My Neighbors" for the Sega Genesis. My wife and I would play together and have a lot of fun. I only made it to about level 35 or so, it was another Giant Ant invasion, and by the time I reached that level, I was about out of lives and powerful weapons.

Anyhow, I just picked it up today during my lunch break and can't wait to play it later tonight after the girls are asleep!

I will post here again when I have played it for a while!
