It looks pretty spiffy... but how does it PLAY, that's the question!

I heard from several people that it's pretty crappy, the reason why I didn't pick it up yet.

I've never played the GameCube version, but I rented the PlayStation 2 version (which is essentially the same game on a different system) and I found it to be a pleasant surprise. It plays somewhat like Cybermorph and Battlemorph on the Jaguar, which I think is a good thing, since there aren't many games like those anymore. The presentation is extremely slick, too.

You should be able to find this game (on GC, PS2, or X-Box) for under $20 now; I'd say it's worth getting.

Pass on it if it is $50.00. I picked it up for $19.00, and it is okay. It is a good value for only $19.00

Yeah it's 19.99 from any Electronics boutique/Gamestop place. I keep meaning to pick it up, I mean for 20 bucks you can't really go wrong, but there's always some other juicy title there that's just been reduced that I can't resist getting instead...

So far I have been controller challenged. I have not found a way to move forward without repeatedly pushing the fire "thrust" button, holding it down does not keep thrust on, certainly I am missing some control feature. Embarrased to say I just can not figure it out. Help Please!
