I think I'm going to be able to make the NWCGE on the 15th...

Never having been to a gaming Expo, much less Classic... Any tips? Anything that I should be looking or not looking for???

I realize, the Pacific NW is no Philly, but...

Thanx in advance...

(I've got a 7800, Odyssey2, and Vectrex, as well as an Apple //e and an Adam.. So there should be plenty to shop for I suppose...)

Bring anything you wish. Tables are free (donation requested for the rental of the hall). Last year year we had representation of everything from Commodore Vic/64, NEO GEO, Apple, Atari St/8bit, Turbo GraphX, XBOX, Atari 2600/5200/7800, Colecovsion/ADAM, Vectrex, Playstation, Nintendo, etc.... the list goes on.

We may be no Philly Classic but I bet we have just as much fun. There is more than plenty to buy, sell and trade for. I've never come away empty handed and I never seem to have enough cash either :(

In the past we have had Atari Alumni attend in addition to XBOX, SEGA and Nintendo developers ....after all we are in the backyard of Microsoft and Nintendo :)

Follow that up the next day with the Annual Atari 2600 Championship.. you won't be dissapointed. The Atari 2600 Championship is something quite unique, not to be missed!!

See you there,

I think Im going to make it this year to the NWCGE.......

Last year I found out they had this kind of meeting the day after it was over.

A question for Lee or Rick or anyone else who is going to meet:

Does anyone collect Neo Geo Home Carts besides me?

I have lots of Neo Geo Homecarts, CD's, and MVS games....... anyone looking to buy or trade Neo Geo Games?

Well I've decided that I will try to make it. I've been thinking about it all
week and am looking forward to it. I'm hoping to see if I can snag a nice
5200 system, too bad I am so busy this week otherwise I could have
brought a trunkload of trade bait.

Lee I do have one question. As I will be driving down from Vancouver
I am assuming the highway will link up to the 405. But what exit
is in that area? Juding from your online map their looks like there are
two nearby exits.

Last year a guy named Lane showed up with alot of NeoGeo stuff. They setup next to a fella that had Turbo GraphX stuff. I'm sure Lane will want to talk to you. He is a big Neo Geo fan.

I'm not sure what exit number it is off of I405, but you want to take the Kirkland exit. You will see a Totem Lake exit (124th Street or Ave....) don't take that one, take the next one (NE 85th st I believe). Head west towards Lake Washington. I looked at the map and I see your confusion. Don't take the NE 72nd Pl exit, you have gone to far..

BTW: I have alot of extra 5200 stuff. I don't know if I have a spare unit, but I have lots of accessories and games I will be bringing.

See you there,
-Lee

The I-405 Exit Number is #182. I drove past it today. ;)
While driving I-5 South you will find it in your right hand lane, there is a big sign on the freeway you cant miss it.

I will definatly be there tommorow.

Hey Lee do you have any more Worship the Woodrgrain CD's?
I need another set because I traded my other one last year.

See you all tommorow!!!
