I've seen sites that offer NES, SMS, 2600, etc. emulators for the GBA. How do I get these on the actual system, or are these for PC play only?

A Flash ROM cart I think Lik-Sang sells them.

Okay, who's Lik-Sang, and how much are the carts? Also, is there any special hardware needed to burn these things, or can I do it through some kind of crazy plug?

I am thinking about getting GBA SP and was doing a little research on
just what the heck the e-reader was for and found info on the Flash
cards. The idea of emulation on the Gameboy suddenly makes my
pondering over getting one over. So I was wondering just how well
does it do as a emulator? I imagin that the NES games work very
well. Are the Atari emulators any good?

Also there seems to be a fair bit of flash carts on the market. Other
than the one linked above are any others reccomended. Is it worth it
to get the 256M worth it?

it all depends on how many roms and save files you want to have on the cart at once. you can take the roms and such off and on the cart as many times as you want so getting the bigger one lessens the amount of times you have to change games you have ready to be played on the cart. im sure that it will be able to holde a good amount of nes games at once either way. although a 200kb rom, say ff1, is going to be 200kbs of the 256mb on the cart, i dont know exactly but they take up more on the cart than on your comp.

A question about that Flash Advance Linker/Cartridge Combo.

Will it work on a Mac? From the description it sounds as if the thing acts like a HD when connected and it's USB, but will it work on Mac OS X? Or is it another POS proprietary Windows thing?

I haven't bought a new linker for a few years but the older ones were Windows only because they were printer port only and I have never seen the necessary software for them for other platforms. I would imagine a Mac could see the USB linker as a mass storage device but you would probably need a coder to develop some software to program the memory card. I just haven't seen it before.

Good luck on the Mac stuff.. The flashcart software is usually Chinese and we all know what the Chinese use right? WINDOWS BABEY. They love their piracy and a mutt components pc system with a free Windows operating system is right up their alley.

Here is the site for the XG-Flash if you're curious. http://218.16.124.98/index-e.php
