I just stopped by my local game stop and was thumbing through all the used games looking for somthing interesting when I came across SeaMan for the Dreamcast it was in box, so I opened it to see what was inside, it was a game, manual, and a registration card, and... a voice command module! now I'm not stupid I sort of figured somthing like this was made for the Dreamcast, my question is, does this device work on my other game? or is it made spacificly for this one game in particular? It looks sort of cool I'm not sure how effective it is yet, I havent had the time to play around with it yet. but I will. anyways just wanna let you guys know. hey I actually got it for $8 bucks!!! so it wasent a bad deal!

I dont have Seaman, but I am pretty sure the mic setup is only
used specifically for that game.

If anyone knows different, please correct me.

Before we sold the unit back to my sister in law. We picked up that game. My wife spent hours on it. It was not hard to control the fish with the microphone. We stopped playing the game because it required daily input or your fish or seaman died. As for the microphone. Their was a few other games being produced or talked about. That was suspose to use the microphone. I asume most or all was vaporware. If I remeber correctly. Their might be 1 other game for it. If so I did not find it in our local used game store or have any idea of the name.

Laters,

Josh

DC Alien Front Online was the only other game that used the mic. Other than those two games, it's useless. Seaman's fun, but time consuming. Though, what I did was feed it and interact with it for the day, save the game, then reset my DC's internal clock ahead 24 hours. Rinse and repeat until you play 2 month's worth in less than a week. Playing it Every Single Day got to be tiresome until a pal showed me this trick.

Yeah, but if NE1's avatar is any indication, then he's trying to get rid of it :ponder:
