I gotta say (fair disclosure: I'm a bit of a Nintendo fanboy) Nintendo is making a pretty big impression at E3. The more I hear about the next Rogue Squadron game the more excited I get, sounds like Mario Kart is right on track, and F-Zero X should be fantastic.

PS2...I dunno. I'm bitterly dissapointed by SOCOM (combined with the lack of choice of FPS styles on the system) so the sequel doesn't interest me that much. And I guess another Metal Gear Solid is big news. But I guess overall I'm not at all into stealthy-style games, and that's where the news seems to be. (Another GTA entry on the other hand would catch my attention and not let go.)

I don't have an Xbox. I guess I'd be pretty jazzed by Halo 2 if I did. And maybe the Conker revamp will be worth while, at least once the price comes down.

What do you all think?

Hi,

I think Nintendo will do a pretty good show.

I'm looking forward Half Life 2 on PC and X-Box :)

I'd have to say Nintendo as well. I'm very curious to see what that Giant Egg game that Sega is making for GC is all about.

I'm not all that interested in what the PS2 and X-Box are showing... I'm not into Halo, and the fact that the new Conker game is apparently a shooter sounds bad to me.

However, I have to say that "Grabbed By The Ghoulies" is possibly the best name for a video game that I've heard in a long time ;)

Nintendo always blows everybody away at E3. I think the same will happen this year, as they continue to have the best line up and are getting more and more outside support.

My wife rolled her eyes at your username...
Anyway, I clicked on "Pretty Water"...it WAS good looking, but right at the end I noticed that the big stone wall opened right through the water, and didn't cause a single ripple...

Just downloaded the New Pacman video clip for GC. Looks very nice but you have to have a GB advance to play with 4 people (Pac man is controlled on the GBA and the 3 ghosts are controlled on the GC) which I don't like. Hopefully a four player splitscreen option will be included. Graphics (GC) are 3D but on a 2D plane and I like it. Graphics on GBA are your standard PM view which is also nice.

Also the Halo 2 Video is making me wet my computer chair. I would give up every game I own to play that game now. (I'm serious).

Castlevania video is unavailable at the moment but I really wanna check it out.

Here's a tip - if your IGN link starts with the word "insider" that means most of us probably won't be able to see it.

Microsoft and their X-Box is owning the E3. I can't wait to try Conker. And DOOM3 OMG!!!! Ninja Gaiden and Halo 2... :D

I wasn't really impressed with what Nintendo had for the GameCube. The new Zeldas don't look like winners to me! Only game that caught my attention, and a dent in my wallet later this year ;), was F-Zero GX.

Not to bring this to the level of petty fanboydom, but, yawn. Halo 2, I can absolutely see. Doom3, maybe, if they don't have to dumb it down to much for the PC. But Ninja Gaiden, and Conker? Whatever.

Compared to Nintendo's line up-- especially the prospect of brilliant looking sequel to Rogue Leader--I don't think X-box is owning much of anything, maybe just doing ok.
