Those are some nice screen shots. Any mention of which system(s) it will be released for?

Since the original URLs point to www.cube-europe.com, I'm guessing there'll be a Gamecube version.

Glad to see this one again, I used to like the old C64 game. Nice to see that they included the grey spy as well... Hope they manage to keep the humor, and include lots of booby traps.

I wonder if they could cram in the original Spy vs Spy games in there?
Maybe even with the new graphics...should be pretty easy, actually.

There's a chance this could just end up being a gimmicky FPS (Well, Third) with funny weapons.

Maybe so but those screen shots sure do look sweet.

You think? I thought they were pretty simple backgrounds. Which might be appropriate, given the source material. Similarly, low polygon count models work pretty well for the main guys. Still, nothing to drool over.

Is that "robot spy" character in the magazine, or likely new to the game?

I'll be the first to say it: I'm not thrilled.

There are already too many FPS multi-player combat games as it is, and this one (to me) looks like a generic version with the Spy vs. Spy idea slapped over the top of it. This completely ruins the nostalgia of the 2-D SMS and NES versions. Whack.

Originally the S vs S games were Commadore and Apple II split screen (top and bottom) games.
My friend had the Apple version. I love Mad mag...but never thought the game was all that great.

Yeah. In the comic, she always beat out the other two... I don't think they ever managed to trick her.

The white spy is still my favorite.

Any idea about that robot looking spy? Comic character, or new for the game?

I don't remember a robot spy... but then, I stopped reading Mad Magazine in the early 90's I think. The fact that his clothes and hat are metal seems to go along with the style of the comic though.
