When I picked up my 32x adaptor for the Genesis. It came with a Mono AV cable. (Video / Right Channel) I didn't think anything of this until I noticed a sterio AV cable to be attached from the back of the 32x unit. Does it make that much of a difference?

The only differences would be the sound 
BTW, if you want to use a Stereo Cale, just take one off a Saturn (My Saturn came with one) as they have the same connectors as the genesis II.
