Yeah but that's a low specimen number. 
I don't think he's expecting a BIN on it, but you never know. 
btw, that is the guy who owns the original prototype, and allowed this game to be released in the first place. It's not like he's someguy who just bought it at a convention, and jacked up the price for profit. I'm sure his reserve is closer to the AA store price.
