For two days in a row I decided to play a few Sega Master system games. So I hooked up my Genesis 1 and played Paper Boy / Wonder Boy without a problem. So the next day I plug in Hang On / Safari Hunt Combo cart and Rastan. The Hang on Resets after showing a funky screen color and garbage. The Rastan goes to bad sound. So I cleaned the contacts on the Hang on combo cart and no help. So I decided to try paper boy again. No problem. Also since this is a system I don't use that much. I decided to try a regular genesis cart. Once again no problem. I was wondering if anybody had a simular problem. I did check a few posts to make sure tha games was not on the list. I might have to plug in the Master System to try the carts in that and see what luck I have. Oh, and the power base converter looks new for both edges contact top and bottom.
