I cant get to work 
all I get is:

and if you do already have that boot rom, you might have to point MESS to where you created a 'jaguar' folder under the bios subdirectory. MESS has never been too easy to configure.

dammit ive looked everywhere and i cant find 7800pal.rom any1 kno any links?

Strange, I just did a google search on a7800p and the first site that came up had the ROM.

I have it on my web site as well.
However, the PAL 7800 emulation is currently broken in MESS.
