Anyone know where I can get a Dreamcast Dev. Kit?

If you mean an official Sega dev kit, I have no idea... however, many of the people in the Dreamcast homebrew community have made their own development kits using a combination of GCC and KallistiOS. For more information, look here, and here.

I've seen a couple on ebay, and this site says that they're not too dificult to obtain. http://assembler.roa...loper_unit.html
