In the month before Morrowind was released, I used to watch the video trailer (which included the entire title song played with various scenes/locations from the game) over and over again, drooling over how awesome the game looked and its title song sounded.

Several dozen hours of gameplay later, I've heard the title song probably a few thousand more times, yet I never get sick of it. Sometimes I'll play the game for a few hours, then I'll read a book and listen to the score on my CD player.

I only got Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Starfox 64 and Zelda 64. I would have liked to have music for the DKC trilogy, maybe DK64 and especially Banjo 1 and 2. Some of the best game music is in those games.

YAY! Just sourced myself a copy of the Panzer Dragoon Azel (saga) memorial soundtrack. I'm jumping around like a small girl who's just scored Justin Timberlake tickets after a 12 hour Twinkie eating marathon!

I know there were some Mega Man soundtracks released in Japan, but whenever I see one on eBay it's always going for some insanely unreasonable price (i.e. more than half what I spent on the Wily Wars).
