Hi everyone,

has anyone here beaten IKARUGA?

i can get past the first 3 levels without using a continue the 4th level i'm starting to get the hang of, but the 5th level is kicking by butt!

just wondering how much more i have till the end? right now i have passed the boss(?) in the 5th level where he changes back from white to black to white..ect VERY FAST! then you get to the next one and it seems like you can't shoot (i don't know i only had one life left and that did not last too long! :x

BTW: Great game for the Gamecube!!

It's next on my Gamecube list
By the time I buy a Gamecube I'll have a library of games :P

So far I'v only gotten up to level 4 (I think) on the dreamcast :)

Check out lik-sang.com, they have a Ikaruga DVD that is basically some
japanese dude clocking the game with 1 life :o

I can't even FIND ikaruga anywhere locally.

it was posted on DP that best buy has them for 19.99 i will have to check on that tomorrow.. figures thou i just got mine last week used for 26.00 :roll:

I have not even gotten close to beating it. I don't play it all the time or anything, but that is a hard game.

i have a video clip of someguy beating it on the hard level

it took him around 23min or 28 min (i cant remember which one) to beat it

Nope. I got to level 5 (playing on Easy) but didn't beat it. To tell the truth I haven't played it in 2 months, need to get back to that!

Yep it's $19.99 with free shipping. Best Buy seems to have good service I got my Super Bowl DVD from them a couple of weeks ago with no problem.

I can get to the boss of level 4 but no farther. It's rough. Something tells me I won't get it beaten until I unlock infinite credits.

Yep, I'm stuck on the fourth boss as well, I can get there no problem with plenty of lives and credits left, but I just can't beat that boss. Haven't played it in a while actually :)

I've beaten the game once, but that was in two player mode. Yes, even with 2 players its freaking tough. Thankfully the game is very enjoyable.

I've seen that too... Friggin unbelievable... I have never seen so many things going on onscreen at one time.
