question I have....ive been working on getting mine up and going for about 6months or so now. ive decided on a design, and have bought my joysticks and buttons from happ. what id like to know is, what are the minimum requirements for the pc if im planning on sticking to games such as galaga, frogger, pacman, etc...

I have a 266 layin around thats not being used. is that enough, or should i look into buying something with a little more kick?

It also depends on your video card, and the amount of memory installed. I was using a Pentium 200 with 64Mb for the Cocktail Cab on my page and it was fine for the early games. I don't think you'll have a problem

I just picked up this cab:

http://www.gis.net/~tower/pow

I'm going to ADD mame to it via these two interfaces:

http://www.multigame.com/jamma.html

http://www.ultimarc.com/jpac.html

If I'm right, this should allow me to ADD mame to that cabinet while retaining the original functionality of the P.O.W. machine... without much work, too.
