I am not sure on the rarity of that game, but to answer your question yes their are several games with $100+ value.

The 3 porno games Hot Slots, Bubble Bath Babes, forgot the third one these three go for around $300.

A complete Stack-up with all the R.O.B. parts goes for around $200.

Both Nintendo grey & gold 1990 World Championship carts go into the $1000 range.

Their are a few others.

The cart alone is worthless. You gotta have all the parts.

I'd be lucky to be able to afford that. That and a complete Miracle Piano Teaching System for NES goes about $100 once in a while.

The two I'd like to have most.

Peek-a-Boo Poker is the third.

Did it get any bids? That is not really a very rare game. Maybe some seller was just trying to get lucky?

:)

Athletic World???? 100+$!! How absurd! It is a B- rarity and goes for around 3$(according to antseezees rarity list) I have seen it at stores for a few dollars. I think you might have seen wrong, or someone paid more for it than they should have. Stadium Events, however, can command up to 200+$ and is also used with a PowerPad for the NES. So, I hope I cleared up some confusion.

Oh, and yes NES games can be quite expensive, such as the three "adult" games listed, Stadium Events, and of course, the infamous NWC cart, which I have seen go on Ebay for roughly 5000$! Crazy stuff!

Really?
I'd've thought it was like Gyromite, and could be played quite enjoyably by 2 players.
...
Assuming, of course, that player 2 is mature enough that he doesn't giggle uncontrollably every time your character gets squashed because it "sounds like he's farting" and starts killing you off to hear the "fart".

Working on one that will appear on my site later this week. You can also check out the message boards at PlayNintendo.com.... lots of helpful folks there.

The Nintendo World Championship (NMC) grey cart was given to the contestents and the gold version was given to the 25 first place finalists and the 1 grand prize winner. The cart had 3 games on it.

Ever seen the movie The Wizard? Thats what the competition was like.

Here is the rarity list:

http://antseezee.sph...arityguide.html

There you go for a list of NES games and their rarity. As for the NWC cart, another person explained, but I will elaborate as much as possible. There was a Nintendo Championship back in the day and players would go up on stage to compete, and as the above person said Grey and Gold carts were given out, 26 Gold and the rest were Grey, out of 90(you do the math, I am tired :P )Anywho, the games on these carts were Super Mario Bros., Rad Racer, and Tetris. The player would have to collect 50 coins in Mario, race quickly through a level of Rad Racer, and then play Tetris until time ran out. Then the scores were added up. Grey carts are slighty less pricey than the Gold carts, but can still go over 1000$. And as I stated eariler, the Gold carts can go for 5000$ and up!

Aladdin games eh? They can command a bit of money, but of course are totally useless without the adaptor. Aladdin games go for anywhere from 30$-80$, as I have seen, but, there is still an independent seller selling the adaptor, and all the games factory sealed for 85$. But the site eludes me, I am sorry, mainly because I would like a set! Finding them in the wild is slightly more harder, due to the late release of the adaptor and games, and they were released in limited quanities.

Thanks for your time in reading this, and I hope I helped!

The gold ones were from a Nintendo Power contest/drawing not the actual event. 26+90. And it's 90+ of the grey supposably all from contestants in the event, although the numbering sequence on the carts would argue otherwise.

Probably something like 150-200 grey ones out there, extras made in case of failure, given out to friends in the biz, whatever, but more than what's known.
