Hey, I was curious, because just about every other system has a Fav's list running, what your favorite MAME game is? i am surprised how many games i love have MAME counter parts, and Battle Toads is one of them. its 20X more violent then the console versions, wich was a a HUGE surprize to me the first time. so what are some of your fav's or most surprizing?

That's an easy one...

LIBERATOR!

I sucked at it in the arcade. But the mouse control seems to make it much easier.

The ones I keep playing:

Time Pilot
Sky Soldiers
Chuka Taisen
Forgotten Worlds
Ataxx
Shinobi
19xx
Pitfall II (arcade version)
Area 88 (aka UN Squadron)
Carrier Airwing
X Multiply
Ghouls and Ghosts

Playstation arcade ports I love (could play on MAME if you prefer)

Bubble Bobble!
Rainbow Islands
Puzzle Bobble series (aka Bust a Move)
R-Types (R-Type and R-Type 2 pack)
Raystorm
Strikers 1945 (probably better on MAME due to the "Sideways screen" problem of TV ports with the wrong aspect ratio)
Raiden Project (Raiden 1&2 pack)

As you can see, I love 2D shooters!

For somewhat newer games, I find myself coming back to the "Puzzle Bobble" series and "Camel Try" quite often.

Last thing I heard was that they had taken down their ROM downloads due to high bandwidth costs. And now the site has been down for quite some time.
