During my garage sale hunts this week I found a box containing a Sega CD unit with 5 games and a controller. It looks like it is the second verison side-by-side one. It was a little dusty but cleaned up rather nicely. All the games work, but have not found any I really like.
Sewer Shark-bleh
Tomcat-bleh
Prize fighter-yuck
Cliffhanger-played this the most but got annoying with the snowboard stuff and repetetiveness.
SonicCD-pretty fun, but nat as cool as the other Sonics.

On the other hand I have been having a blast playing my dusty copy of Pirates Gold. I forgot how much of a blast that game is.

Can anybody recommend some cool Sega CD games? Just wondering.

if you dont like Sonic CD, then you minaswell give up on the system, thats THE best game for it, and its also THE best sonic game

I made a copy of Sonic CD and replaced the US Music with the Japanese music.My own custon SonicCD label too.

nuff said and reason to own a SegaCD. Although I will admit I don't have a SegaCD...yet. If I did, Snatcher would be like the first game I picked up for it...

Silpheed is cool, and if you like fighters - get Final Fight CD. Final Fight is hands down the best version of the game outside of the arcade.
