Here's one that I found with Google... Not every system is lucky enough to have a site as good as AtariAge unfortunately.

Did someone say lists?

Digital Press' Massive List of Release Lists - 66 Systems represented (Yes, NES too)

Now, some of these lists shows rarity and value, but some is just a "checklist" of all games ever released for a specific system. I know the DP Guide actually has the NES rarities listed, but the on-line list is a checklist. Hope this is of use anyway.

you want the DP NES price list? simple, every licensed game is worth $5...well not totally true but i always thought that price guide section looked pretty flat.

Some of those prices are inflated. I wish I could sell some games at those prices.

Any games you have any questions on, feel free to ask here or at PlayNintendo.com. Most of us have a pretty good feel for the market.

I never said it was a good list :P Actually, it was just the first one I found from a search engine (I'm not a NES enthusiast, so I can't tell quality), and it carries a 1997 date at the top, so it's six years out of date.

Frankly, almost every price list I've seen for any system at all is noticably under or over priced. Lists like this are only ever good for ballpark figures or comparative prices (like knowing that Pitfall II is worth more than Combat). I'm glad AtariAge doesn't try to stick prices on all the games.

Here are several lists:

http://www.playninte.../nes_rarity.htm

http://www.tomheroes...o/nintendo2.htm

The second is Mike Etler's list based on grades A-F which is what most people use.

The first is based on the AtariAge lists of numbers 1-10. Read the note at the bottom of the rating chart. However, this list is not complete and only goes through G I believe.

Penguin, I'm disputing your rarity list, in fact it looks pretty good so far. I'm wondering how you are determining the rarity and do you think you will ever put prices on the games?

Rarity is being Determined by Iron Chef and I on a couple of different fronts.

1. Digital Press Guide
2. Mike Etler Guide
3. Store and ebay availability
4. input from gamers like you. :)

The Mike Etler Guide, while good, IS very dated. The DP guide is also good, but is missing some titles and is a bit "off" in some areas. Ebay and availability of some titles in stores is also a ruff guide for helping to tweak rarity ratings. And lastly, input from fellow gamers will be essential in determining rarity. Anything you see differently, you can bring to our attention and it will be looked at.

Althought the Etler Guide and DP guide were our starting points, I did not want to copy them. (Lord knows there are enough rip-offs online already) You will find the PlayNintendo.com to be more or less unique to PlayNintenod.com, however, in order to maintain a consistency in the gaming world, things like AA's and DP's 1 -10 scale will be adopted.

As for a price guide... well I dunno. Location seems to play a big factor in determining price. If we do eventually include a Price guide, it will most likely have a Southern California slant.

Hope that answers your questions.
