to play PAL games? I'm really dying to play Alien Brigade and Fatal Run but I don't want to spend a fortune getting the NTSC versions.

You really can't do it well. You can replace the BIOS with one that doesn't have the authentication check but you'll still have major graphical glitches.

You don`t. You get a PAL one from someone in the UK- like me! (I have about 3 spare at the moment. :) ) I intend to composite-mod them so they'll work better on new TVs - let me know if you want one!

It sounds tempting, but I don't wanna own another 7800 just so I can play PAL games. I want to modify my NTSC 7800 to play PAL games, but since Mitch brought the graphics problem to my attention, I need to find out how to get past the graphics problem.

I hate to say it, but there is no fix.
