I finally found my PAL 2600. I've tested the CyberTech Video Card with it and everything worked just fine.
But due to the different pinouts of the NTSC asnd PAL TIA chips, I'll need to rework the board layout
for PAL. I'll make an announcement when they are ready for preordering.
Thanks for the offer, BTW. But I'm all set now.

yay!!
A PAL composite 2600 display!
A question, would a PAL 2600, with one of these mods installed with an NTSC TIA chip, run as an NTSC Atari?
If so, would it be possible to have two of these, switched, for a universal 2600?

Are these available anywhere anymore? I have just become aware of them and would love one so I can continue on my quest to modify all of my consoles to run composite A/V out.

@AussieAtari: I've been wondering the same thing. Atari2600.com doesn't even advertise it on their site anymore (from what I could tell). I inquired via their "contact us" form and am waiting for a reply.

If these are not available, you can always spring for the Longhorn Engineering mod.

Just damn! You had to dig a lot to find this thing.
I would also be looking at the longhorn mod to get this.

I just find it funny, because... if someone makes a new thread, someone says to use the search engine.
If you use the search engine and dig up a thread, someone comments about that too.
Oh internets, you never fail me.

I actually agree. I think there is a limit though. If the topic is more then a year old there should be no reason to dig it up. No one had commented on this since 2006.
