simple enough topic

this thread is an attempt to draw a concensus on what the best games were for the NES. to vote, just list your top ten first (nintendo published) party games, and your top ten third party games (this way some variety can be assured), you may order them if you like, but i will only give one point to each title on the list

ill start off with my own list

There's really only one game that I go to over and over with the NES.

Super Dodge Ball.

That game ROCKS. I was bummed out to learn the GBA version wasn't any fun.

I don't even own 20 NES games yet, but among those I do own (or remember playing at friends' houses) here are the ones I enjoy (sorry for not splitting the list):

BTW, if you don't mind a little cross-post plug here... I'm presently compiling my own top 10 (by system) lists over on my website, to help me select the "best of the best" of my collection to go in the living room at my new apartment. I am hoping to get lots of AtariAge folks to come on over (to the website) and vote!

ive never seen qix for the NES, ive seen the game boy version, and i have the awful ultimate qix for genesis... got a screenshot?
