Is that the manual that came with blue label carts originally, or did Activision make different instructions for these?

kind of hard to be certain. there are black and white docs for all the blue label versions of the activision carts. however, some boxes could have been packed with leftover color docs. i think if you want a "matching set", you should try to get the black/white docs to go with the blue label. the game directions are basically the same, but i think they removed the information for the mail-in patch offer.

I don't know if thats the actual instruction manual that was bundled with that blue cartridge. I wasn't aware of a b&w manual for Ice Hockey.
