Can someone tell me why the "32X" logo on the DOOM box is backwards?

I have two copies and both are backwards.

They're the only four games I've seen in person, so I don't know how many others are like this, but it is very odd that the word "DOOM" is the same way as the titles on the other three, but the 32X is upside down.

Ah.. so it's THREE rare misprints.

Were there other games with the title like that? All my boxed games are facing the same way except DOOM.

Dang, just noticed....mine goes that way too.

It's strange because the DOOM Logo is correct, why take the time to rotate the 32X? Everyone with 32X collections, check to see if any other games are like that.

Here's a link to Joe Santulli's complete 32X collection. The 32x on Doom is flipped there too. They're all probably that way ... forever making your collection look just a little sloppy.

That is the WEIRDEST thing I've seen in a while.

How did something like that get by Sega?

at least a complete 32X collection has the same color all throughout. but doom is bass ackwards for whatever reason. the word Genesis is below 32X instead of above it.
