I am selling off my entire collection. By the way, Space Canyon is SOLD although I am leaving the picture because the other games are available. I will try to get some more on this evening because I have a bunch of great games for the 2600, 5200, 7800 and the 400/800 Computer as well as some miscellaneous Atari items.

But why?? :?
What made you change your mind?
Looks like you had some great rarities in your collection and it must have
taken you awhile to amass all of this. Did you lose your
passion for Atari or are you just tired of the retro scene?

Just curious. :|

It is a combination of several things really, one of which is moving into a living space that is about a third of where I lived when I collected all of my items. I didn't really lose interest as much as just weighing everything out and figuring this is best right now. My family doesn't have a vehicle right now, my kids could use a new TV in their room, all of which are solvable my selling my stuff off. Plus, I won't have to hide them away in totes which I don't like. I used to display each and every game and looked it about daily or several times a day. No room here for that and I don't want them packed away in a closet.....you guys will enjoy them! :)

Many more to come and I haven't even got into the other platforms yet....I really can't believe how many games and stuff that I have!

I think he said that his wife wants him to sell it all.

I might be wrong though. Got a lot of bills, spendtoomuch?

He does have quite an impressive collection to sell off though. Too bad I am strapped for cash due to my other purchases on EBay.

Fair enough. Good luck on your sales...I know I'm certainly eyeing some of your items right now! :)

I didn't see this post so I replied asking why you would be selling it all.

So this means that you are done for good?

Kinda sucks though. I will miss seeing youpaymybills on EBay every time I look at a rare game...LOL.

I worry about space limitations as well. I am considering moving next year so it will have to be a decent space because I don't envision myself selling off my collection.

I am:

Philosophyst

now on eBay. Just so you know because I will be selling some items there that I can't here or if I don't really know a price. (like my Swordquest Fireworld Atari Club Shirt) 8)

Anyway, I think I am done for good but will always enjoy classic gaming and probably won't be selling off my 7800 with my Wico's either. Also, some of the fun and not rare games (which is usually how it is anyway) will stay too. :)

Pictures updated and now Zellers is upside-down. Whoops!

Anyway, I filled in the spaces where the sold games were with different games. :)

Just a note that if you bought something from me recently it was shipped already and you should receive it soon or it is in the batch that is going out early this afternoon. Thanks to everyone and I will have more games up soon but it will be nice when you guys get some of the games you already paid for before I post any more also. :D
