I need to get rid of some stuff before Christmas. I am selling a box of stuff for $25 shipped. I only accept PayPal (U.S. confirmed address only). You probably are wondering what you get for $25. Well this is an experiment on my part. I will surprise you. You will get several video game related items (some Atari, some items for other systems). I haven't tested anything.

$25 is too steep for a mystery box. Give us a hint of what it might be. If I paid $25 and got 30 Pac-Man or Combat carts, I'd be pissed.

Haha...

5 Variations of Combat
(oh wait, 3 of them are just discolored)

3 Pac-Mans
(one's missing the label so I'm assuming it's pacman)

200 Copies of E.T.
(yes, it's true... hahaha)

and 1 2600 Joystick without the rubber piece affixed ;)

Mcgrail... I'm just joking btw... ;)
I don't want you to get offended.... just playing :P

I'd be tempted if it weren't for the US only thing.

Trade bait? ;)

I'm guessing hes got a bunch of misc junk, some good stuff possibly, maybe some pieces of hardware etc, some games and such just taking up space he wants to move. I did this a while back with a big lot of misc broken stuff, basically gave it away, just so long as the person covered the shipping. I guess you very well could wind up with some stuff you don't need & maybe some stuff you don't want, thats all part of the deal thou. Sean doesn't want to try to part it out one piece at a time till it all sells, it's much easier to just lump it all together.

And nowhere has he said how heavy it is or what it's gonna cost to ship, could be selling $5 to $10 and the rest ends up in shipping. :ponder:

I think the best thing to do would be to take a couple pics just for a general idea of whats being sold before anyone is gonna want to throw down money on it. JMHO.

Based on his record, it's unlikely that mcgrail is trying to cheat anyone.

Based on his recent posts, I imagine that he's trying to raise some cash, and also giving someone the opportunity of a good deal.

Yeah, even just a picture of the box without a list of contents would be nice.

When I've offered mystery boxes in the past, I've given a little hint. Stuff like

"15 cartridges for 5 different systems. If I had the system, I tested the game. Plus other random controllers, manuals and stuff as is."

I always got a taker on these kind of boxes. In fact, hmmm... maybe it's time for another one!

I am trying to clear some room before Christmas. Trust me I won't be making any money on this. I will be including items for the Atari 2600, 5200, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, PS1, PS2. computers, Intellivision, and possibly more. Games will be included, demo's, instructions, possibly a Genesis 3 (console only), and more.

I can't take a picture because I don't know everything that will be included yet.

I probably would do an international deal on these items, but I think shipping alone probably would be more than $25.

Thanks for that!

If it's more than 4lbs, then international shipping gets very expensive. But I have no problem with paying international shipping on a single cart (which can be less than $3), or larger items where the shipping cost is proportionately lower.

Good luck!

I'd have bit because I love suprises, but I don't have a confirmed address (I procrastinate too much and lost the paperwork.)
