i'm looking for some of those 256k dramms used to upgrade the memory in a 520stfm to 1040 (1 meg) there were different types but the ones i'm looking for are - the chips with 8 legs on each side - 16 dramms to make 1 bank of 512k. anyone got any they want to sell?
