I was wondering what other arcade games Nintendo put out and when
they stopped that side of their business? The games I can think of off the
top of my head:

Donkey Kong
Donkey Kong Jr
Donkey Kong 3
Popeye
Mario Bros
Punch Out
Super Punch Out

I know there was various NES based arcade games but I am not really
interested in those. Just original arcade games. I think Super PO was
released in 1984. Did Nintendo stop making original arcade games after
their NES empire took off?

Cool site thanks! If that is complete it looks like the abandoned orginal
games sometime in the late 80s. Everything after that is just dressed up
versions of their console games. That F-Zero AX cab with a slot for a
Gamecube memory carb is an interesting idea.

Oddly enough, Nintendo actually distributed R-TYPE in arcade form back in the 1980's. They licensed the game from Irem and took care of distributing the game cabinets.
