I want to play Mr Do's Castle. What is the cheapest way to go? Buying a 5200 and the 5200 version or buying a Colecovision and the Colecovison version?

Is there an adaptor that would allow me to play the 5200 version on my 7800?

I'd go for the 5200 version, I think it's the cheapest one out of the lot. There is no 7800->5200 adapter. :)

5200 version doesn't look the prettiest, but the gameplay is authentic and the cart's certainly easier to come by on that console than on others.

The 2600 version is the costliest version I would assume.

I think the CV version or the 5200 would make wonderful additions to your collection. I haven't tried my 5200 version yet but I like the CV version.

Come to think of it, if you just want to play it, have someone *cough* make you a repro of it. :ponder:

That's definately the cheapest way to play it. :D

The CV version is kind of hard to come by. Unfortunately I don't have it.

The cheapest (free) and most authentic (arcade perfect) way of playing Mr. Do's Castle would of course be by using MAME...
