Does anyone know if these exist? They would be perfect for Colecovision games that only require one fire button.

Can't you use a Genesis controller for some Colecovision games?

Not without an adapter. CVs don't have 5v or ground at the controller jacks,
just a couple of crazy signals swinging from 4v to -0.7v
genesis controllers need power, 2600 sticks do not.

My Wico Bat joystick works good but I thought it would be better to take it a step further with a one fire button joypad.
